Terms of Use

Cloudless: Offline Budget · Effective July 19, 2026

By downloading or using Cloudless, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

The service

Cloudless is a personal budgeting tool that stores all data locally on your device. It provides planning tools only — it is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Calculations (daily budgets, carryovers, reports) are informational.

Subscriptions

Your data, your responsibility

Because your data exists only on your device, backups are your responsibility. Use the in-app encrypted backup before switching or erasing devices. We cannot recover data or backup passphrases — nobody can, by design.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it where prohibited by law.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss from device failure, forgotten passphrases, or missed payments/budgeting outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
